I’m a reliable, clean, and respectful person who is looking for a comfortable place to call home long-term. I currently have steady income and additional work opportunities, so rent will always be a priority that I manage responsibly. I work with Compass Early Learning and Childcare Center in a supply role, which gives me flexibility and consistent shifts, and I’m able to take on more hours once I’m settled in a new place. I live independently, and it would just be me in the unit. I do have one dog who is very well-trained, gentle, and has completed service-dog training. She is quiet, friendly, and used to living in shared environments. I’m looking to move anytime in early January, ideally before the end of the month, and I’m open to a lease term anywhere between 8 months and 2 years. I don’t currently require parking, but one spot in the future would be helpful.
