hi, i would love a roommate for immediate move in for January! $750 is my sweet spot honestly.

rent must include all bills: water, heat, electricity & internet.

must be furnished.

i am an introvert and like to keep to myself but very out-going once we get to know each other and catch a vibe.

i will be going to uofc for law & society.

i don’t party or bring randoms home so i would like the same for my roomie. you can party though but pls no random dates u just met coming home, for safety reasons n such.

i drive so if you don’t then i would be happy to help out in that regard.

separate leases.

i don’t mind pets although just not a fan of the hair being everywhere on my clothes 🥲 but I do love well behaved pets.

with school for me the plan is to become a lawyer eventually and while in school I would like a roommate that doesn’t disturb or hinder my focus on reaching my goals.

obviously it’s ur space too so ur friends, boyfriend/gf, family can come over and chill, even party but also be mindful of shared space is all!!!

I’m pretty laid back and I love a clean space and that’s one thing I will NOT be compromising on. nothing crazy but i don’t like too much mess :)
