I’m easy going and will clean up after myself. Fairly handy and can often deal with small issues that could come up. Very simple lifestyle in terms of living, eating and sharing spaces. Friendly and will keep to myself as I’ll be minding my own business, but also open to social activity when deemed appropriate. A simple no-nonsense, no-drama type flow.

I do own a vehicle and would require a parking space and basic lodging, and that’s about it. I’m open to out of the box ideas.

A few “out-of-the-box” suggestions:

In the interim: I’m open for short term month-to-month arrangements where I would be paying upfront for each month, with the possibility of extending into a longer term official stay as I’m in the process of sorting out my living circumstances, and could use the extra time at the moment.

Some possible arrangements I may be willing to look into:

• Month-to-month rental with payment upfront in advance until a tenant is found to occupy the room. All I would need is notice within the month in order to prep my few belongings and ready to move out by month’s end. This is ideal for owners looking to find a tenant and wouldn’t mind having their space filled in the interim as an extra revenue source.

• Sharing a room as a “couple” if permissible. Bedding arrangements can be discussed. I would essentially be living from luggage as this would be a short term arrangement. Ideally, this would be your room which you would eventually be carrying forward with in the future - and within your set budget as if you were on your own. Consider my monthly contribution as a bonus and as an extra revenue stream.

• Lodging in exchange for services/needs at a reduced/exchanged rate for monthly payment. I own a vehicle and have a fairly broad skillset. This would be unconventional I understand, but thought I would put it out there as I’m open to suggestions.
