I work remotely, keep a consistent routine, and respect other people’s space and home. I’m very handy and comfortable taking care of chores and general upkeep around the property — I take pride in keeping a place clean, functional, and well maintained.

I also have a very sweet, well-behaved dog who’s great company and part of my daily routine. We spend a lot of time outdoors, and she’s calm and friendly.
