Good day!

I am looking to set up a new roommate situation in the near future. I listed Calgary, but I am equally interested in Okotoks, as I am beginning a slow crawl to move there anyway.

I do have fish (just one 20 gallon, and don’t plan on getting more) so a minor pet requirement. I would be perfectly fine with living with cats, but prefer no dogs, unless it is very quite and well behaved. I love dogs, but one of the reasons I am moving is due to a very problematic barking situation where I live, and it is a bit of an anxiety issue. The city isn’t dealing with this professionally. I digress.

My other requirements are basically two things. I am 420 friendly, and I HAVE to live in a clean environment. I cannot stress this enough. I am fairly tidy, not obsessively, but I cannot live in a cluttered, filthy house.

Open to male or female, and probably prefer someone closer to my age.

I absolutely do not do any drugs (unless you count cannabis), or drink, ever. I need similar in a roommate as well. You can drink, but no drunk every weekend type. That won’t fly for me.

I am open to teaming up to see if we can find something, or, move into a place already established by someone else. I can pass a criminal background check with zero issues, and I have great credit, I never miss payments, but I am just a bit lower income that I should be right now, and need something affordable.
