Hi! I’m looking for either an available room or for someone who would be interested in finding a lease to sign together. I will be working full-time monday-friday and do have a car so I would need something that at least had access to street parking. General cleanliness in shared spaces, communication, and respect are important to me in a living environment and I would be looking to live with someone that feels similarly. I appreciate my own space but am also always down to chat or hangout in common areas. I am ideally looking to move in May but can have some flexibility. I do have a very friendly cat so I would be looking for a pet-friendly living situation :)
