Hi folks! My name is Olivia and if you’re looking for a new roomie, you should hit me up! ☀️ I’m 24, employed full-time and am used to living in a collective atmosphere. I’m very tidy and quiet, and would especially love a social household that prioritises community and coziness! I really dig an organized and accountable vibe in the house in terms of splitting the labour of chores, etc. I’m also super capable in the practicalities of making a nice home, like cooking, baking, and mending. I pinky promise that I’ll make you sourdough if you let me live with you 🤠 I don’t smoke and am not a huge party girl, but I do love socialising and hanging out together with my friends (and maybe roomies?) I’m looking for place in North Vancouver, with priority to somewhere along or relatively near to the 232 and 236 bus lines with parking for a car. Examples include Edgemont Village, Highlands, anywhere along Lonsdale, etc. My budget maxes out at $1000, and anything lower would be extremely nice 😅 While I tend to lean towards all-women spaces and houses, I’m totally down for a mixed house if the dynamics are good 🙂
