Yousef

My name is Yousef, and I hold a PhD in Civil Engineering. I am planning to relocate to Vancouver after securing a job there, and I am looking for accommodation preferably downtown.

I am a clean, quiet, and respectful person. I do not smoke and prefer a smoke-free environment. I value a peaceful living space and make sure not to disturb or inconvenience others. I developed strong habits of independence and consideration for others while completing my PhD studies in Moscow.

I am responsible, reliable, and easy to live with. I am looking for a place where mutual respect and cleanliness are important.
