Hi, I’m Kyle. I’m easygoing, respectful, and value a clean, comfortable living space. I’m pretty mindful about shared areas and always clean up after myself. I’m not a partier and I appreciate a home that feels relaxed and drama-free.

I stay active and keep a fairly balanced lifestyle. I spend time at the gym, doing yoga, and getting outdoors when I can. I work regularly and keep a consistent routine, so I’m responsible with rent and bills.

I’m social and friendly but also respectful of personal space. I enjoy good conversation and the occasional shared meal to build a solid cohesive rommie situation. I also understand that everyone needs their own downtime. I’m looking for a place where there’s mutual respect, clear communication, and a positive/peaceful atmosphere.
