Hey! Recent BA grad and artist/reader looking for my first rental to finally have a clean, organized space of my own. Currently applying for community engagement roles in the nonprofit sector. I’m neurodivergent and really value having my own quiet space to decompress, but I would also love to be friends and meet new people! Hoping to find somewhere close to transit, ideally close to downtown. Non-smoker, no pets, but allergic to cats.
