Hi! My name is Nino. I work full-time as an Administrative Assistant at CPP Investments in Toronto. I have excellent credit and strong rental history.

I’m looking for one female roommate to co-lease a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom

I’m friendly, respectful, clean, and generally easy to get along with. I work a standard 9–5 downtown and keep a calm, tidy household. I might occasionally have a friend over for a small dinner (maybe once every couple of months or less), but if you like to host more often, that’s totally fine too. I’m social, but I’m also very comfortable entertaining myself and having my own time.

I’m looking for a stable, long-term setup, and it’s important to me that everyone feels comfortable and at ease in the place we call home. I like to align on lifestyle, cleanliness, and cohabitation expectations upfront.

My ideal move-in is Feb 1, but I’m flexible — mid-February or end of Feb / early March can work as well.

I’m happy to provide proof of income, credit report, and landlord/roommate references. I’m also currently working with a realtor, and totally open to a quick video call or coffee to share a bit more about ourselvies.

✅What I’m looking for: a rent-controlled building with in-suite laundry. Having my own bathroom is a must for me, and a balcony would be a big bonus. I’m focused on central, transit-friendly neighbourhoods, and I already have a couple of listings lined up that I’m happy to share.

Budget: $1,400 ideally, but open to increasing to $1500+ for the right space/layout (especially if square footage is good).
