I am a responsible, tidy, and quiet person who values a peaceful environment to focus on my studies and research. I am looking for a furnished room in a clean and respectful home. Ideally, the location should have good transit access to the university. I’m a reliable tenant with all my documentation in order (work permit/SIN), looking for a place where we can maintain a great living atmosphere.
