Hi! I’m Angie, I could live alone but a roommate situation wouldn’t be a bad idea to build some savings. Taking over a large basement level or den with a private bathroom would be heavenly as I do have a few cats that I’d keep in my seperate area. Having a shared kitchen and living room with seperate bathrooms would be great. Obviously I’d be willing to pay more for the bigger living area/room, sharing a bathroom would be more like $800 per month, hit me up if you think we’d be compatible - cheers🍻
