My name is KO WOO JIN, and I am very interested in your room. I am looking for a quiet and clean place to stay during my time in Toronto.

I noticed the stay length is flexible, so I would like to propose a 5-month stay from February 7, 2026, to July 6, 2026. Would this period work for you?

If so, I’d love to confirm if the rent is CA$1,250 per month including all utilities. Also, would it be possible to schedule a visit to see the room in person before finalizing?
