Hello - I am a 51 year old woman, single with no children or pets, who recently moved to the region in December and working full time. I am living in temporary accommodations and searching for a more permanent accommodation though not ready to commit to a full year lease.

I am a quiet, clean and respectable tenant and can provide references to support this. I am a non smoker. I hope to find a place where I mesh well with others. I need one parking spot, a private room and wifi. Able to move in as of Feb 1st.
