I’m a financial consultant working full time in Downtown Toronto on a hybrid schedule. I’m social and balanced, friendly and easygoing while also being respectful of personal space. I keep shared areas tidy and try to be a considerate and reliable roommate. I’m an early riser on weekdays and more relaxed on weekends, so I’m flexible with different schedules. I’m a non smoker and don’t mind others smoking outside as long as the space stays fresh. I don’t have pets but love dogs and am pet friendly. I have stable income, always pay rent on time, and am preferably looking for a longer term place. I value a calm, comfortable, and respectful home environment.
