Hey! I’m Kaily 👋

I’m a Vancouver-based creative who runs my own video production business, so my schedule is a mix of work-from-home days, meetings, and the occasional early shoot. I’m pretty active, into running, biking, dancing, and being outside whenever possible, and I really value having a home that feels calm, clean, and grounding.

At home I’m respectful, clean, tidy, and easygoing. I like a peaceful space but not a silent one, think morning coffee, good conversations, music on while cooking, and the occasional friend dropping by (nothing wild). I don’t party at home and I’m big on good energy, clear communication, and taking care of the space we share.

I’m ideally looking for a place (and roommate!) that feels like a real home, not just a stopover, someone who’s mature, kind, and takes pride in their space. Bonus points if you’re into wellness, creativity, or just being a solid, considerate human ✨
