I am searching for accommodations in West and North Vancouver primarily. I am a young-at-heart semi-retired professional known for being personable, respectful, organized, and a great listener. I pride myself on being responsible, mature, and accountable, especially when it comes to maintaining a harmonious home. My lifestyle is active and outdoorsy; in my free time, you can find me camping, fishing, hiking, or gardening. I also love gourmet cooking and spend with my horse and my well-trained female Standard Poodle, (currently in service training). I get along well with all age groups, as well as, several years professionally co-ordinating/counseling older women and children’s programs. I am looking for a roommate/s with a similar temperament and a shared commitment to a clean, smoke and drug free home. I personally do not drink alcohol, though I don’t mind others doing so in moderation. I am looking for a strictly smoke-free environment “no indoor smoking.” My budget is $1,000 or less.
