I’m looking for someone to share a two bedroom apartment with me and little doggo! I could pay up to $1400 or so for the right place and roommate (but would obviously prefer less.
Want someone who loves pets, might help me with Zorro a little bit, or like to share cooking or food responsibilities, but not a necessity.
I do not have a place yet so we would need to find one. I currently live in a bachelor where the rent is rising and just looking to go somewhere to save a bit of rent!
I don’t want to be too far from downtown, ideally Fairfield, oak bay or fernwood, Vic west, etc. so not Langford or Colewood.
I have a car so need parking. I would love in suite laundry, and I really need a bright place with natural light, no basement suites.
I do not drink or smoke, and I’d prefer the same in a roommie, but a minimal or super causal drinker would be fine. I love playing sports and cooking simple/healthy/fresh foods (a lot of chicken lol). I’m pretty busy so not home a ton, work Monday - Friday at a marketing agency downtown and have activities almost every weeknight.
I would prefer a female roommie but ope to the right male. It’d be nice to be friends!
