Kage Hooysma

Hello, my name is Kage Hooysma. I am 19 years old as of 2026, and I am looking for a place to live. For context, I was a part of foster care in CAS, and am now moved out of my guardian’s house to find independence. Problem is that I am a tiny bit homeless. I’m hopping from AirBnB to AirBnB, and my guardians are paying for it, but I’ve been feeling guilty about it, so I want to find a place as soon a possible.

What else?… Oh, I am transgender (FTM), and in the process of trying to medically transition. I am also Autistic and have ADHD, among other things… Look, my biological mom gave me the “buy two, get seven free” deal, I didn’t even want the first two!

I am loud, but a kind of funny loud. I’d be laughing my ass off of something ridiculous I found on TT, but never screaming or doing so out of malice. I love to draw, I like to weave, my favorite videogames are Minecraft, The Sims 3/4, and Stardew Valley.

I prioritize communication, I believe it’s a fundamental principle in building relationships! If there’s a issue within the living space, I would approach it by trying to talk about my roommate’s or my own feelings to find the root of the problem, and try to solve it with them.

TL;DR: I’m homeless and trying to find a place to live, and looking to make new friends. I’m fruity in the pants, and neurodivergent (you can tell by the way I word things). I can be abnoxious, but mean well, I am sometimes chronically online, and most importantly, I want to be a good person and roommate.
