Hi! I’m Queenie, a third-year Molecular Biology & Biotechnology Specialist at UTSC. I’ve lived off-campus for over a year and am looking for a place starting January 2027. I’m open to leases extending beyond the winter term, with the understanding that I may sublet my room during periods when I’m out of town.

About me I’m President of both the UTSC Rock Climbing Club and the UTSC Taekwondo Club, and a high-performance taekwondo athlete and instructor. Between classes, training, and club commitments I keep a structured schedule, so I’m often out but consistent and easy to plan around.

Living style

Quiet hours: 12–6 AM Non-smoker; pet-friendly Guests and get-togethers are totally welcome. I just ask that common spaces get cleaned up afterward I keep common areas clean and tidy regularly I cook and bake frequently, so I’d like to agree on fridge and pantry space upfront No severe allergies
