I’m looking for a female roommate to team up and rent a 2 bed / 2 bath condo for the end of March/ April 1st.

Location: Entertainment District or Financial District, ideally within walking distance to the CN Tower.

Budget: Units that I’m looking at are typically around $3,000–$3,300. Around $1500-$1650 each.

What I’m looking for in a unit: • Lots of natural light • Floor-to-ceiling windows • Beautiful downtown or CN Tower views

⭐️I’d like the bedroom with the ensuite washroom and I’m happy to pay more for it.

A bit about me: I’m 30 years old, working Monday-Friday from 9-5, pretty chill, easygoing, friendly, and respectful of personal space. I keep things clean and would love the same in a roommate. I’m down to chat, hang out, or watch a movie sometimes, but also totally value privacy. I also have a very cute cat 🐱

Looking for a female in her late 20s or early 30s who’s clean, respectful, and on the same wavelength to find a beautiful place together.
