Hi! We’re Vamsi and Venkata, two guys in our 20s who completed post-grad studies in IT. We’re both in full-time employment right here in Etobicoke, with steady income and pay stubs ready to share. We’re looking for one private room we can share to keep things simple and affordable, ideally near Mimico/Lakeshore for easy commuting to work and transit. We’re clean, quiet, and respectful: we don’t smoke, host parties, or have pets, and we always clean up after ourselves right away. With our shift work, we’re not home all the time, we keep shared spaces tidy, and we fully respect quiet hours and others’ space. We’ve lived together before and get along great with zero drama. We’re responsible, reliable tenants looking for a long-term spot, and we’re happy to provide references or any other info needed.
