Hi there! I’m a recent University of Waterloo graduate (Mathematical Optimization & Computational Mathematics) moving to Toronto to start my career. I’m a quiet, respectful, and organized person who values a clean living environment.

I have a solid 2-year rental history with zero missed payments, and I can provide a glowing reference from my current landlord. Since I’m 6’2“ (fairly tall), I’m looking for a room that can comfortably fit a double or queen-sized bed—single beds just don’t work for me!

Hobbies: I’m into fashion, music and video games.

Lifestyle: I’m a non-smoker with no pets. I enjoy a chill atmosphere and, while I don’t party, I’d love a place where I can occasionally have a friend over for a coffee or a chat.

Reliability: I’m very diligent about finances and will require rent receipts for tax returns.
