Hi! I just moved to Calgary and I’m looking for a furnished private room in a shared house/condo/apartment starting around March 1.

Areas: NW or SW, preferably close to the LRT station

Budget: up to $800/month, ideally utilities included

About me: 1 female, non-smoker, no pets, VERY quiet, clean, no parties

Background: I have 4–5 years of full-time studio experience in the creative field and I’m currently actively hunting for a job in my field.

I’m open to a longer lease, but I’d prefer to start month-to-month and then extend to 6–12 months once everything’s settled. Since I’m new to Canada, I don’t have local credit/references yet, but I can provide proof of funds if needed.
