I’m a full-time nurse at a busy downtown clinic, so I really value coming home to a calm, clean space (and good energy).

I’ve found a place I love in the Beltline (Connaught area, near Hudsons) and I’m looking for one roommate to share it with for an April 1–May 1 move-in. It’s a spacious ~1600 sq ft home. Rent would be approximately $1100/month, plus electricity and internet. I’d be taking the master bedroom, so ideally looking for someone comfortable with the second room.

I’m respectful, clean, and responsible, and I keep my space tidy, so I’d be looking for someone similar who takes pride in their home and contributes equally to keeping it that way. I love being out and about, but also cozy nights in with a book, movie, or taking care of my plants 🌱 I don’t usually have too many people over, but the occasional hang is nice. Dog-friendly is totally fine, especially if they’re non-shedding or low-shedding.

Ideally looking for someone easygoing, positive, and self-aware, someone who communicates well and respects shared space and boundaries. A work schedule that allows for a bit of space (like shift work or time away) could be a great fit, but not a must. It would also be nice to live with someone I genuinely get along with, open to hanging out here and there, but also independent.
