Aspen

Hi, I’m Aspen! I’m an upper year full time student at Trent. I am looking for a private room to rent preferably with a private bathroom or shared with 1-2 people max. Because of my disability, I would need a first floor bedroom in a house with 3 or less front stairs or a room in an apartment with an elevator and the bed/bathroom must be spacious. Although I am a wheelchair user, I am not looking for designated accessible housing and would bring my own accessibility equipment (shower chair, portable ramp, etc) which you MUST be okay with! It will all be temporary, leave no damage, but will take up space. I don’t mind couples, kids, pets, or smokers if you only smoke outside. I am pretty quiet and clean. Looking to sign a 12+ month lease and move in anywhere between May 1- Sept 1!
