Espanola only. Looking for a smoke free environment as my lung collapsed a couple weeks ago. I obviously dont smoke ciggs or weed but I will have edibles. I dont really drink alcohol but maybe a couple times a year ill have a glass of wine. I have a dog but hes very nice and adorable but he sheds hair twice a year(which i will do my best to clean but its difficult to get 100% of it 100% of the time). I dont make much money(min wage part time 20 hours) but I clean up after myself. Willing to work out cleaning schedule for common areas but I will not clean your dishes or messes you create on any schedule, your bodily fluids you’re cleaning it, same goes for me. Anything I expect from you, I expect from me. Might consider doing some of your share of cleaning(no piss, shit, blood or puke, or other bodily fluids, thats always you) for a lower share of rent. I have a motorcycle so a place with a shed or garage is needed.
