Hi! I’m 30 years old and work in corporate retail. I’ll likely be working hybrid, so I’ll be home a couple of days during the week. I’m originally from the GTA and recently moved back after living in Edinburgh for the past year.

I’m very quiet, respectful, clean, and organized, and I value living with someone who feels the same. I really appreciate a home where both private spaces and communal areas are treated with care. I’m mindful of noise, shared responsibilities, and keeping common areas tidy.

At the same time, I’d love to live with someone who is open to being friendly and social - cooking dinner together occasionally, having a glass of wine, trying new workout classes, or exploring the city. I enjoy a good balance of independence and connection.

A bit about me: I’m artistic and creative - I’ve recently taken up sewing and knitting and love both. I’m really into pilates and workout classes right now and will be searching for some studios in the area. I also enjoy trying new hobbies and exploring neighbourhood cafés.

I love to be social but I don’t tend to go out drinking very often and wouldn’t be looking to live in a party household. Respectful of quiet hours and routines.

In terms of location, I’m ideally looking in midtown Toronto - The Annex, Forest Hill, Casa Loma, or Rosedale areas.

My budget is up to $1,800/month (before utilities).
