I’m exploring the possibility of finding one roommate to share a 2 bed / 2 bath place near Guelph. I currently live alone, but with plans to move closer to Guelph for school, I’m considering a shared place as a practical way to keep costs reasonable while still maintaining privacy and independence. Ideally, we’d each have our own bathroom so it feels like two separate spaces under one roof. A bit about me — I’m currently a part-time student working full time (mostly evenings and weekends). I’ll be returning to school full time in the fall and reducing my work hours, but I’ll still be employed. I’m responsible, clean, and consistent with bills and commitments. I’m active, spend time at the gym, and enjoy cooking. I’d prefer a friendly, comfortable dynamic where we can socialize occasionally, but also respect each other’s routines and space. I do have the occasional guest over, but I’m generally low-key. This is still early stages — I’m just connecting with potential people before committing to a place.
