I am clean, organized, thoughtful, healthy, easy-going, happy lady, have great communication skills, have a great sense of humour, like to have fun, not open to loud parties. Happy to check and plan schedules accordingly. I own a car so we can get groceries together if needed, have a hybrid work schedule, can be away on the weekends visiting family. Open to cats and small dogs if a roommate has them/ if a landlord is ok with pets.
