My name is Maria, and I’m an international student looking to move out of my university residence. I’m a very tidy, organized person, and I value a calm, respectful home environment. Most weekends I’m out with friends or my boyfriend, so I’m not home too often. And if I am I will mostly be quietly studying or binge-watching stuff in my room.

I’m hoping to bring my two small senior dogs with me some time in the ftuiture, so a pet‑friendly household is essential. They’re gentle, quiet, and spend most of their time sleeping. I will take full responsability over them, but you are welcome to pet them whenever! I’m also looking for a place where my boyfriend can visit comfortably. I really appreciate shared spaces that feel welcoming—cooking or eating together sometimes, communicating openly, and sharing household chores respectfully. Creating a home that feels like the youthful dream of living independently in Toronto is important to me.

I’ll be away for two months in the summer to visit my family, but I will continue paying rent during that time.
