Hello, My name is Joshua.

I am hoping to find a place to move into, I consider myself to be relatively peaceful given I’ll likely keep to myself. I can be loud unfortunately during games that I play and that probably stems from being from a loud family but I will try and keep my volume down especially late at night.

Ideally I would prefer to only contribute 600$ to rent however I am willing to provide a maximum of 900$ (as per the number provided in the listing.) I would also prefer to be at a place with utilities included in the rent as my funds are limited to what I get from disability.

I can also provide a internet plan since I am under contract with an ISP.
