Hi! I’m looking for a furnished room for 30 days starting around May 1 (I’m flexible by a few days on both ends).

Preferred area: downtown / central Ottawa (Centretown, Golden Triangle, Sandy Hill), but I’m open to nearby areas if the place is a good fit.

I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets. I’m quiet, respectful, and I keep common areas clean.

Parking is essential for me (ideally an on-site spot). My budget is up to $1000 all-in.

Is a 30-day stay possible, and what’s included (utilities + Wi-Fi)? Also, is parking included or available for an additional monthly cost?
