Roommate to Team Up With or Room in Shared Apt — Downtown Core (May/June) Hi everyone! I’m looking for either a roommate to apartment hunt with together, or a room in a shared apartment in the downtown core. Open to both! Move-in: May 1 (latest June 1) Budget: up to $1,500/mo Location: Downtown core is my top priority — especially around St. Patrick, Osgoode, St. Andrew, or harbourfront area. Also open to nearby neighbourhoods if the place and people are the right fit. What I’m looking for: ∙ Room in a shared unit with 1–2 respectful working professionals ∙ Private bathroom ideally, but open to discussing ∙ Actual bedroom with a window (not a den) ∙ A calm, clean, friendly living environment About me: I’m 22 and have been living in Toronto for a couple of years now. I work full-time in brand marketing on a hybrid schedule, so I’m in the office most days and home some of the time — not the type to be around 24/7. Outside of work I love cooking, catching the occasional fitness class, and going out with friends on weekends. At home I’m pretty low-key — I keep my space clean and organized, I’m respectful of shared areas, and I genuinely don’t mind the natural noise that comes with shared living. I’m easy to live with and even easier to talk to if something ever needs sorting out.
