Hey there! My Name is Jay, and im looking for a roommate in September in getting a 3 to 4 bedroom home or townhouse, even apartments are on the table. I have a daughter who i have full time, shes 2 and an absolute joy. I also have a sister with autism who I have weekend custody of, but in the summer I have her 50/50 so she needs her own room. Im willing to put myself in the living room area as a bedroom if we get a solid 3 bedroom so that you can have an actual room - plus im chronically ill so it may be easiest for me to do that. But ideally we would all have our own rooms

But budget is at most ill pay $1000 to $1300 if we find a 4 bedroom instead of a 3 bedroom, if we find a 3 bedroom below $2000 then ill cover 200 more towards rent for the kids, if you cover around $1000 a month im looking for my roommate to pay and we split groceries and bills 60% for me 40% for you since I do have kids id use more. But if wifi isnt included then I say we split that 50/50

I do NOT have a place lined up, I have some ideas though but I wanna take the time between now and September, my last month in my childhood home to really talk and get to know each other and what we can do to accommodate each other!
