Hey there! I am a 30 yo professional working in an engineering firm, in a hybrid setting. I am pretty easygoing, respectful, and like to keep things clean and organized, both in my own space and shared areas. I am looking for a location, either downtown or near subway lines, at most a 30 minute commute to Union Station.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, going to concerts, and going for hikes. I am generally on the quieter side, but I also enjoy a social household or get-togethers. I am open to sharing meals from time to time. I think it is nice to have a friendly, comfortable dynamic at home rather than just being strangers. Whether that is cooking dinner together or making casual plans, I enjoy that kind of balance.

I am also a cat dad of super chill, friendly, and mostly naps throughout the day. I would keep the litter and food in my room. If you are looking for someone who is clean, considerate, communicative, and easy to live with, we would get along great!
