Hello I am Bad,
I’m relocating to Calgary in April and arriving with a IEC working permit. I’ll estabilish in Calgary and start immediately looking for a job. I’m a responsible, clean and respectful 23 yrs old guy who likes every kind of sports, scuba diving and enjoy nature. Since I don’t have a car I would prefer a room/basement near downtown or C-Train stops
I don’t smoke (regularly maybe once a month if really stressed) but I’m ok with tenants who smoke or have cats
As you can imagine I don’t have a credit history in Canada but I can provide proof of funds of my personal Italian debit card.
