Hi, my name is Nika!

I’m currently looking for a room in the Nepean or Barrhaven area(planning to move in June-August). I’m a student studying remotely, and I plan to move to Vancouver next year, so I’m ideally looking for a place with a flexible lease or until March–April 2027.

I have over 3 years of experience living with roommates, so I’m very respectful of shared spaces and easy to live with. I’m a quiet, clean, and responsible person who values a calm and comfortable home environment.

I don’t smoke, I’m tidy, and I always pay rent on time. In my free time, I enjoy a peaceful lifestyle and keep to myself, but I’m also friendly and respectful with others. I also study French in my free time!
