Hey, Im Joseb Royce. (Single male)I’m looking for a place from April. I’m a student at George brown college. I work part time rn but currently on hold from work due to exams. I was looking for a place that’s quiet and with a month to month option after deposit, even though I plan to stay there for atleast 8 months or more( the kinda roommate that’ll help with anything and I’m very easy going and won’t stop talking if spoken to :)
