Lisa

I’m an international student from the Netherlands. Alongside my studies in Medical Imaging and Medicine, I’m actively involved in the Medicine student association, where I help organize weekend and ski trips, and occasional dinners for fellow students.

In my free time, I enjoy walking and cycling outdoors. While I’m in Calgary, I’d love to explore the mountains as well. I also really enjoy baking, especially cakes and pastries. During these activities I like to listen to a podcast or audiobook, or do it together with friends!

In July, I will start a 9-month internship at the Stephenson Cardiac Imaging Centre (part of the University of Calgary and Foothills Medical Centre). During that time, I’m looking for a social house. To me, that means occasionally having dinner together and doing activities every week or every other week, like going for a walk, having drinks, or a game night. I have lived with roommates before, which was always very pleasant from both sides :) I do not smoke or have pets.
