My name is Enya! :) I am a 32 year old female and have leased my apartment for 6 years now on my own. I’m a very independent woman and i am used to having my own space with all my stuff where I like it. But I’m also a super easy going and happy personality type. I go to bed early and wake up early with lots of energy and motivation. Definitely a morning person. Love personal development. Love knitting, crafting, working on projects. I’m aiming to head towards a career path of helping people with their mental health and recovery journeys. Maybe the odd movie night or deep chats I’ll be able to stay up for lol

Oh I did landscape maintenance for a total of 7 years. Worked at Denbok for 5 and loved it. They do things proper. Make sure it looks good, its done right, and with highest quality and service :) (HEY, I could do your property maintenance for a deduction on my room rental cost 😄) lol jk or I’d be happy to just help out and do some house work ☺️

My ideal situation would be leasing a main level bungalow in Mountainside area Burlington. And to have 3 bedrooms available for rent. 1 for me and 2 for my future roomies!! :)

I actually enjoy house cleaning, so I’ll definitely do my part in that. I keep things nice a clean and tidy :) once everything has a place. (Hint hint.. to the home owners upstairs.. if you want a regular maintenance clean weekly, biweekly or monthly let me know :) I provide all supplies and cleaning products as well as references :)

Im good at keeping to myself but I can also be a good conversationalist or listening ear if needed.
