I am new here in BC Canada, I am on study and work visa I am looking for a shared or studio apartment around Vancouver or Burnaby with private toilet, within the range of 1000-1300 I am a very quiet and easy going and very clean guy , respectful roommate who takes pride in keeping shared spaces tidy and comfortable. I naturally keep things organized and visually clean in both my own space and shared areas. I’m consistent about cleaning up after myself, maintaining a calm, clutter-free environment, and being considerate of others’ routines.
