I am clean, easy going and quiet. I have a few nerdy hobbies like online gaming, DnD and mtg. I am a homebody, and I work ft days. I have always paid rent on time and have never been kicked out/evicted.

I do have a criminal background. I am on parole for a mistake I made, please ask if you’d like any other information. The only downside to this is any place I get, my parole officer has to meet the other tenant and see the place. Otherwise I am a great roomate.
