Hey! I’m looking for a new apartment that has in-unit laundry and is cat friendly (ac is a plus as well, but I have a portable ac if needed).
I’m clean and respectful, so looking for the same in a roommate! I prefer to keep to myself most of the time but would like to be friends with my roommate, just don’t count on me going out a lot lol
My cat is very sweet and has never shown any signs of aggression + she doesn’t wreck things.
I like to occasionally have friends and family over and obviously don’t mind if you do the same!
My move-in date is flexible, but the latest would be August 1st.
