I am a mature, responsible recent graduate looking for a room to rent. I am quite clean and love cooking, happy to share! I believe that open communication and expectations are the key to making any relationship successful, so I’m happy to set ground rules and listen to any concerns my future roommate might have. I work hybrid (online and in person), but prefer to do my online work out of the house and keep the house as a calm and restful space. I do have one cat, he likes to roam outside so only uses a litterbox in the winter.
