Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a roommate to find a place together on a 1-year lease starting in June. Ideally, I’d love to live in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath (or 1-bath) apartment downtown, with a budget of $1,050–$1,300 per person, including utilities.

A little about me: I graduated from UBC in 2024 and currently work full-time in-office, Monday to Friday. Outside of work, I love spending time with friends, going to workout classes, and making art. I’d describe myself as creative, fun, and caring.

I’m hoping to find a roommate who is kind, reasonably clean, likes to hang out sometimes, but also values having their own space and independence. It would be a bonus if you enjoy hosting the occasional dinner or social gathering!
