My name is Dylan, I am a 27 (28 by move in date) year old quiet gay man looking either to fill a bedroom in my current place, or find a new place to live. I am pet friendly and open to other cat owners. In addition to the cat I also have a 55 gallon fish tank (with lid) with 3 beautiful timid piranhas and a bearded dragon in a closed tank in my own bedroom. I am not home monday-friday for roughly 10-12 hours as I have full time employment and sometimes go to the gym before work. I do not smoke cigarettes but I am cannabis friendly (outside on the patio). I do enjoy a glass of wine or two on a Friday or Saturday night but I’m not a big drinker overall, and certainly do not use any other drugs.

My personal budget for a room would be around $700/month, or I can offer the other bedroom in my current place for around $1100/month.

To find a new place to live, it must be within Cambridge or around Fairview mall in Kitchener, pet friendly, and close to a bus stop. If anyone was interested in the bedroom of my current apartment, please note it is for the master bedroom with a walk in closet (living room comes fully furnished already) and is ideal for a working professional or a couple, apartment located in West galt close to sobeys, park, restaurants and other amenities, with a shared building laundry room provided by a 3rd party company.
