Hey! I’m currently looking for a place for July 1st and wanted to introduce myself. I’m Joseph Byrd a 28 year old bartender living downtown at the moment. I’m Clean, respectful, and easy to live with—I always keep shared spaces tidy and stay on top of my responsibilities.
