I am a frequent solo traveler who fly to international destinations often to find inspiration for my art of writing. I did Hiroshima (Japan) for a week in December 2025, Arles (France) for a week in March 2026, and on May 2026 I will be in Barcelona-Seville (Spain) Marrakech (Africa) for two weeks.

As a published author, I spend most of my time in the library but will require a cabled internet at home for a desktop set up.

I need a parking space for my 2025 4Runner SUV and a Yamaha 900 cc adventure bike. Indoor is preferred.

I am renting out my condominium unit in Winnipeg July 1st with the help of a property manager. I need accommodation in Vancouver on or before July 1, 2026.

As for furniture, I am unsure if my future tenants would require them, or I would have to buy when I move in.

For hobbies, I am a triathlete having raced the Olympic distance twice. I did the half marathon twice and might get back into the sport when I find the inspiration. For this reason, I prefer a condo with a gym downstairs.
